As the Phantom Turns

A hit television soap opera, “The Whispers of Scandal”, has moved filming to a new studio, only to discover that it is inhabited by a phantom, a former actor, who haunts the building.  The Phantom falls in love with the understudy of the lead role of Julianna Sterling, and endeavors to gain her love by teaching her everything he knows about acting, and attempts to get rid of the actor that has the role of Julianna, so that his love can be the star of the show.
