Centennial High School One-Act

One-Act is in December/January and possibly into February of the school year and is a 30-minute play that students rehearse and perform.
They travel to perform with other schools at competitions where judge's evaluations determine if they will move on to the next competition. If they don’t, then the season ends there.
Weekly advancement at the competition can go through the second week of February if they make it all the way to the state tournament.
High School Speech
The speech team at the high school is not part of the theatre program and operates independently from the theatre program.
However; the speech and theatre programs are very supportive and encouraging of each other and work together to make sure any student conflicts with theatre and speech are accommodated.
