Theater is proven to improve focus, teach problem-solving skills, teamwork, confidence, and important life skills.
Our theatre programs feed from the middle school into the high school club so we have combined both programs with the same staff and Directors from Middle School through High School.
We encourage each school to support the other in their productions. High school students are connected to the Middle School programs. We have student directors from the high school work with the students at the Middle School programs. Students connect to the program, creating a cohesive and strongly bonded community.
All schedules for each program are published for the year in the summer before the school year starts, including mandatory meetings and audition schedules.
Middle School Fall Play: Every Fall we do a play! We try to get as many students who audition into the production as possible. We also need students to be on the costume crew, set building crew, props crew, Stage Managers, possible running crew, and booth crew for sound and lighting. The technical end of the shows is student-run.
Middle School Spring Musical: Every spring we do a musical! We try to get as many students who audition into the production as possible. We also need students to be on the costume crew, set building crew, props crew, and booth crew for sound and lighting. Shows are student-run!
