Centennial Theatre 2022-2023 Season

Last year was our first "normal" theater season in a couple of years. From It's a Wonderful Life to Disney Frozen Jr, and our CAST (Centennial Alumni Summer Stock Theatre) Shakespeare productions, we put on amazing shows for our community. We worked extremely hard in an unprecedented year and our community came out in full force to support us. We thank you for always showing up and cheering us on!

We hope you enjoy this season's shows as well. There is something for everyone with our productions this year and we are so excited to share our hard work with you soon!

We continue to learn from and respect each other and we really do believe that our theater is a place -

"Where Everyone Belongs"

Spring Musicals at Centennial Middle School and Centennial High School

The Wizard of Oz: Youth Edition Presented by Centennial Middle School

"The Wizard of Oz"

Young Dorothy Gale is swept away by a tornado from her Kansas farm to the magical land of Oz. There, she encounters a host of whimsical characters: good witches, bad witches, animals that talk, scarecrows that walk, and things magical to behold. To find her way home, she must journey along the Yellow Brick Road to see the mysterious and all-powerful Wizard in Emerald City.

Along the way, she makes new friends, but must also brave many dangers, including the Wicked Witch of the West, who will stop at nothing to get her hands on Dorothy’s magical ruby slippers. To make it home safely, Dorothy must learn an important lesson: there’s no place like home.

"Mamma Mia!"

On a small Greek island, Sophie dreams of a perfect wedding — one which includes her father giving her away. The problem? Sophie doesn’t know who he is! Her mother Donna, the former lead singer of the 1970s pop group Donna and the Dynamos, refuses to talk about the past, so Sophie decides to take matters into her own hands.

Sneaking a peek in her mother’s old diaries, she discovers three possible fathers: Sam, Bill, and Harry. She secretly invites all three to the wedding, convinced that she’ll know her father when she sees him. But when all three turn up, it may not be as clear as she thought! Told through the legendary music of ABBA, Mamma Mia! has become a worldwide sensation that has audiences everywhere dancing.
